Since the time he started his career as a Management Graduate to now as one of the Directors of GACM Technologies Limited his contribution for the growth of all the business units are noteworthy. Mr. R J Prasad Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Prasad, an alumnus of the prestigious ICAI brings to the organisation, over
20 years of strategic finance and accounting experience, from a diverse multi-cultural
environment. He has anchored preparation and compliance management for all financial
reporting needs across India, United Kingdom, USA, Singapore, UAE and Hong Kong
in his previous assignments. Besides core finance, Mr. Prasad has managed mergers
& acquisitions, demergers, reverse mergers, and financial due diligence. He has
deft capabilities in handling taxation, transfer pricing, RBI related regulatory
filings and STPI compliance. His 8 years of audit experience provides the basis
for coordinating corporate audits in alignment with the Top 3 Consulting firms –
KPMG, Deloitte and PwC.
